Armor Making

Whether you're interested in making a few pieces of armor for a costume opr display, or want to fit yourself for a full suit of armor, this open-ended, on-going class will help you meet your goal! Both cold and hot forging. Grade 8 through 12. Prerequisite ten-week metals course highly recommended.

Armor-Making: $60 per class + materials

Learn to research historic periods and the styles of armor worn during that period. From there, youll learn to create a pattern to fit your size, cut that pattern from steel plate, then shape, dish, finish, flute, and assemble. Projects are determined by students according to ability and scheduling.
